(ORAL) The petitioner herein seeks the indulgence of this Court for the issuance of directions to the official respondents to do the needful in the criminal case arisen out of the FIR bearing No.103 dated 16.07.2017 registered at Police Station Nangal, Tehsil Nangal, District Rupnagar, under Section 325 IPC and to initiate action against the private respondent in view of her representation Annexure P-3.
Mr. Sandeep Singh Deol, learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who has appeared on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 in this case in pursuance of the copies of the present petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance, submits that the Final Police Report would be submitted in the competent Court within a period of eight weeks. In view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, it becomes explicit that the cause of action to pursue this petition further, does not survive any more in favour of the petitioner.
