**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to official respondents No.2 and 3 to mark an independent and impartial enquiry, in order to find out the role of respondents No.6 and 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the house in question was purchased by the petitioner vide registered sale deed and thereafter, mutation was also sanctioned and that it was respondent No.5Pawan Kumar, who has played fraud with the petitioner. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has moved a complaint dated 06.02.2023 (Annexure P-10) to respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Haryana, but the same has not been decided till date. He confines his argument to the extent that respondent No.2 be directed to decide the said complaint in a time bound manner. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 4-State only. CRM-M-31890-2023 (O&M) -2On the asking of this Court, Mr. Rupinder Singh Jhand, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4-State and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed.
