Mr. Raghav Gulati, Advocate, for the petitioner. ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Pursuant to the advertisement, dated 01.12.2015 (Annexure P-1), the petitioner competed for selection to the post of Statistical Assistant in the Department of Welfare of SC and BC as also in the Employment Department, Haryana. She was issued two different admit cards, for, she had applied in two different departments. She purports to have qualified the written examination and was even called for scrutiny of documents. And, vide notification dated 29.12.2017, the short-listed candidates including the petitioner were called for interview, which was scheduled to take place on 12.01.2018. However, owing to certain unforeseeable and circumstances beyond her control, she could not appear for interview.

Petitioner purports to have even represented to the respondent, vide representation dated 17.01.2018 (Annexure P-5), to consider her candidature, particularly when she had even cleared the written examination. But her representation Prashant Kapoor 2018.01.

CWP-1184-2018 continuous to await consideration by the respondent. That being so, the petition is disposed of only with a direction, at this stage, to the respondent to consider and decide the representation, dated 17.01.2018 (Annexure P-5), of the petitioner within three weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
