The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.59 dated 17.04.2023, registered under Sections 15, 25 and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Dhanaula, District Barnala.

As per custody certificate filed by learned State counsel, the petitioner is behind bars for 1 year, 2 months and 8 days. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage. 4.
