  The instant petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR bearing No. 54 dated 20.04.2015 under Sections 302, 307, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 of the SC/ST Act (added later on) registered at Police Station Baghapurna, District Moga on the basis of judgments passed by the trial Court and evidence produced before the trial Court in the case of other co-accused whereby the other co-accused have been acquitted, alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that since the petitioner already stands acquitted by the trial Court, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
