Learned counsel for the petitioners submits as per his instructions respondent No. 1 has unfortunately died during the pendency of the present petition and no legal heir has come forward on his behalf to pursue the present petition hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioners to revive the present petition, in case, any execution petition is filed by the legal heirs of the respondent No.1. 3.
