(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for the issuance of appropriate orders/directions to respondents No.1 and 2 for fair investigation and look into pending complaint filed by the petitioner on 24.08.2021 to respondent No.4 and 25.08.2021 to respondent No.3 (Annexures P-2 and P-3).

The learned counsel for the respondents-State submits that as per Paras 6 and 7 of the reply filed by way of affidavit of Vishavjeet Singh Mann, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, City-I, Bathinda, District Bathinda dated 19.07.2022, an enquiry was conducted by SHO, Canal Colony, Bathinda and after the enquiry, respondent No.3 sent a report to respondent No.2 vide No.1691/S/TC dated 16.07.2022 and respondent No.3 SUKHPREET KAUR 2022.07.21 00:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

found that the complaint filed by the petitioner-complainant is false and has recommended the filing of the same.

It is the categoric finding of the investigating agency that no further action needs to be taken on the complaint, and therefore, the same has been filed.
