M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Petitioner claims that she had applied for the allotment of Retail Outlet Dealership in village Datta Singhwala in S.C. Category vide Advt. dated 21/25.10.2014.

Through the instant writ petition, the communication dated 25.6.2016, Annexure P9, has been challenged by virtue of which the application of respondent no.4 has been reassessed and he has been put in group I with the petitioner in violation of the guidelines Annexure P10, which deal with the selection of dealers for Regular and Rural Retail Outlets.

A perusal of brochure Annexure P10, indicates that a remedy of filing a complaint, to any aggrieved person, is available under Raj Kumar Arora 2017.01.31 12:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-1360-2017 para 17, which provides for Grievance Redressal System, by enabling any person to file a complaint before the Corporation. The petitioner claims that a complaint pertaining to dealership has been submitted to the Chief Regional Manager, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, vide Annexure P14 dated 4.10.2016 but no decision has been taken on the same by adopting the procedure under the Grievance Redressal System provided under the brochure Annexure P10.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that no final decision has been taken on the complaint Annexure P14, dated 4.10.2016, though it was filed in October 2016.

Taking into consideration the above said circumstances, this petition is disposed of as premature, at this stage. However, a direction is issued that the Chief Regional Manager, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, respondent no.3, would consider all the grievances raised by the petitioner in the complaint Annexure P14 dated 4.10.2016, within a period of two months after the receipt of a copy of this order by passing a speaking order.

It will be the responsibility of the petitioner to communicate the copy of this order to the concerned authority. (M.M.S. BEDI) JUDGE January 27, 2017.
