Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner, who is working as Upper Division Clerk is seeking a writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to promote him to the post of Senior Assistant by refixing his seniority as juniors to the petitioners have allegedly been promoted to the post of Senior Assistant. At the time of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, realising that the relevant policies upon which reliance is to be placed have not been placed on record, prays for permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with complete and better particulars.
