HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASPAL SINGH.

Present: Mr.Pawan Kumar Sharma,Advocate, for the petitioners -.-

1. Whether Reporters of Local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?

3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The short grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that they have filed an appeal against the order of eviction and the Appellate Authority vide order dated 10.08.2015 (P-10) protected their possession by directing to maintain 'status-quo' but that order was discontinued on 20.08.2015 though the main appeal is listed for hearing on 16.09.2015. Meanwhile, warrants of possession are said to have been issued. Since dispossession of the petitioners would, in a way, render their appeal infructuous, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction that status-quo re: possession as it exists today be maintained till the petitioners' appeal is MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.09.04 11:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
