**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently, the plaintiffs who had filed the Civil Suit, claiming themselves to be the tenants in the disputed property have not been impleaded as respondents in the present writ petition. Therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by impleading the said persons as respondents in the writ petition.
