(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of the FIR No.0014 dated 04.02.2020 under Sections 304-A, 427, 337 and 279 IPC registered at Police Station City Samana, District Patiala (Annexure-P1). Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. D.A.G. Punjab, on instructions from Head Constable Jatinder Singh, informs this court that the cancellation report has already been prepared by the Investigating Agency and the same shall be filed before the Illaqa Magistrate within a period of six weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing material survives to be adjudicated upon in the present petition at this stage. The present petition is disposed of.
