Counsel for respondent No. 3 states that the petitioner fulfills the conditions and they have allowed her to continue provided she fulfills the other conditions.

Counsel for the petitioner states that the other conditions have also been fulfilled and the petition may be disposed of in view of the statement made by counsel for respondent No. 3. He further states that they will move a representation for claiming the salary from November 2016 onwards within ten days.

Counsel for respondent No. 3 states that they would consider the representation as and when it is filed.
