***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) This order shall dispose of above-mentioned three writ petitions as a common issue is involved therein. Grievance of the petitioners is that while issuing demand notice on the basis of enhancement in light of acquisition, calculation has been wrongly made. As a result, the amount more than due from them, has been demanded.

At the outset learned counsel appearing for HUDA, Mr. Deepak Sabharwal, Advocate, submits that a Committee of three retired High Court Judges was constituted by the Government to go into the issue. The said Committee has submitted its report. In view of the same, Government has framed a Policy dated 22.08.2019. He submits that the case of the petitioners shall be considered in light of the same and appropriate decision shall be taken at the earliest in any case not later than four months. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they may be allowed to submit a fresh representation within two weeks which may be considered by the authority. Mr. Sabharwal has no objection to this.
In view of the above, writ petitions are hereby disposed of with the observation that, in case, fresh representation is received from the petitioners within two weeks, same shall be considered and disposed of at the earliest, in any case, not later than four months thereafter.
