(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner states that though the relief of revision of the pay-scale has been granted to the petitioner, but no interest has been paid on the arrears which have been allowed to him on the said revision of the pay-scale and consequent revised pensionary benefits. Counsel for the petitioner prays that petitioner be given liberty to file an appropriate representation to the respondents claiming the interest on the arrears which have been allowed to him on account of revision of the pay-scale and consequent revised pensionary benefits.
