The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 14.06.2024 (Annexure P-5), passed by respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Karnal.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy of appeal, which according to him has already been filed and is stated to be pending for 18.07.2024, before learned Commissioner, Karnal.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
