**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) The widow of the deceased had come up before this Court seeking fair investigation on account of death of her husband. Status report dated 27.01.2023 filed by State counsel today in the Court is taken on record.

State counsel on instructions submits that prima facie the cause of death was due to consumption of 'ALUMINIUM PHOSPHIDE'. He further submits that the investigation is still pending.

Considering the fact that the FIR is old and now the FSL report is available, respondent No. 3 is directed to ensure the completion of the investigation either himself or by designating an investigating officer on or before 30.04.2023 positively. Given above, the present petition is partly allowed to the extent mentioned above. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to come to this Court again in case, the order is not complied with.
