This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 251, dated 12th September, 2020, under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Patiala, District Patiala. This Court vide order dated 27th October, 2020, granted interim bail to the petitioner subject to joining investigation. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh submits that the petitioner has deposited Rs. 2 lakhs in pursuance to order dated 27th October, 2020, joined the investigation and is co-operating.

As no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted on 27th October, 2020 is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
