(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as the scheme floated in the year 1993 under which the petitioners were granted the permit is no longer in operation. Petitioners have already opted for 2016 Scheme and they are plying their buses. Aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered inructuous.
