This is an application with prayer to allow the writ petition in view of the order passed on 16 th September, 2020 in COCP No. 3141 of 2019 granting identical relief as sought by the petitioners in CWP No. 11427 of 2015. Notice in the application was issued on 28 th September, 2020 and learned State counsel sought time to have instructions. Today, learned State counsel, on instructions from Dr. Prabhdeep Kaur, Director Health Services and Family Welfare, Punjab submits that there is no objection if the present application is allowed and the matter is disposed in the same terms.
