Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance, which has been raised by the petitioner in the present criminal writ petition, has already been raised in the representation (Annexure P-1), copy of which has been appended in the writ petition and the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage in case, a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) by passing an appropriate speaking order.
