As per report of the Registry, Mr. Vijender Singh, Advocate for the appellant, has been duly informed through e-mail, whereas, notice issued to the appellant has been received back unserved with the report that no such person is working at the given address.

Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. 4.
