Petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing letter dated 05.06.2012 (annexure P1) whereby an amount of `60,241/- has been deducted from his pensionary benefits.

Admittedly, no speaking order has been passed in the case. Writ petition is, thus, disposed of with a direction that the concerned authority may consider the issue in light of judgment of the apex court in State of Punjab & ors. vs. Rafiq Masih (2014) 8 SCC, 833 and pass a speaking order preferable within three months from today.
