ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) The petitioner herein prays for an appropriate writ to quash the appointment of respondent No.5 as a clerk while issuing direction to appoint the petitioner. In the written statement, it has been stated that the petitioner failed in the type test held for checking the typing speed conducted in English and Punjabi languages. Hence, the petitioner is not qualified to be appointed as a clerk. The learned counsel representing the petitioner though made an attempt, however, failed to put forth any convincing argument in this regard. He admits that as per the note appended in the recruitment notice, the candidates after qualifying the written test will have to qualify type test both in Punjabi and English language on computer to be conducted by the Society. Hence, no ground to issue the writ as prayed for, is made out. Dismissed.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
