By this order, this Court shall dispose of four revision petitions i.e. CR-4182-2019, CR-4183-2019, CR-4188-2019 and CR-4194-2019. After arguing at sufficient length, learned counsel for the parties have arrived at a consensus. They jointly submit that an application shall be filed before the learned Rent Controller for summoning the bank official from the Punjab & Sind Bank, Qadian along with the statement of account and vouchers. It is also agreed that while assessing the provisional rent, the Court would take into consideration the amount deposited by Parteek Kumar son of Mohan Lal.

In view of the consensus arrived at, all four petitions are disposed of.
