Mr. Sunish Bindlish, Advocate for FCI submits that in terms of Notification dated 06.07.2016 issued by Government of India read with judgment dated 20.11.2015 of Bombay High Court in PIL No. 84 of 2014 titled as "Court on its own motion vs. Union of India and others", the instant petition has rendered infructuous.

Mr. Peeush Gagneja, Advocate submits that petition may be disposed of in the wake of statement of counsel for respondents-FCI however, petitioner may be granted liberty to move an appropriate application, if cause survives.
