Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that petitioner No.1 has been granted a family pension by the order dated 29.10.2020 while petitioner No.2 has been granted compassionate appointment by the order dated 20.12.2021. He has furnished copies of the orders, which are taken on record. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
