(ORAL) Present petition has been filed with a prayer that direction be issued to respondent No.3 that free and fair investigation in FIR No.517 dated 09.10.2020, registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, at Police Station Panchkula, Sector 5, District Panchkula be carried out and be taken to the logical end at the earliest.

Learned State counsel, who is fortunate enough to have the assistance of respondent No.3, submits that all efforts will be undertaken to complete the investigation within a period of next six weeks. Learned State counsel further submits that all efforts required to elicit the truth and reach to the logical conclusion will be undertaken during the investigation so that no one has any grievance.
