Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct respondents to finalize the seniority of ETT Cadre w.e.f. 21.12.2001 in accordance with the provisions of Punjab State Education Class-III (Primary Schools Cadre) Service Rules, 1997, and in view of judgement dated 09.07.2004 passed by this Court in CWP No. 19832 of 2003 (P-2). Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner(s), submits that final seniority list for the post(s) of ETT in District Amritsar has been finalized and uploaded on the website, therefore, present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
