Mr. Manhas submits that for the grievance raised in the present petition, the petitioner has already filed a representation, Annexure P-6. However, no response has been received.

Mr. Sharma, learned State counsel submits that, in case, the representation of the petitioner has been received in the office of the concerned authority, it shall be looked into and a speaking order shall be passed thereon within one month.
