...Petitioner

Versus

Chandigarh Housing Board and others ....Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR MITTAL HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN Present: - Mr. Aditya Grover, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Sanjeev Sharma, Sr. Advocate, with Ms. Bhavna Joshi, Advocate, for the respondents. AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) The primary prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is to set aside the order dated 14.07.2016 (Annexure P-1), which has been passed by the Appellate Authority in view of the order passed by this Court on 04.04.2016 (Annexure P-21) passed in CWP No.26785 of 2015. 2.

The solitary contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner was that the impugned order is non-speaking, which is in violation of the principles of natural justice. 3.

On notice of motion having been issued, learned senior counsel representing the respondents, very fairly stated that the impugned order dated 14.07.2016 (Annexure P-1) may be set aside. It is, however, prayed that liberty be granted to the Appellate Authority to pass a fresh order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
