***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) The petitioner has prayed for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to decide his Appeal No.01/Misc. titled as "Satya Parkash and another vs. Sub Registrar, Narnaul, which was instituted on 08.10.2015.

It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that three months have passed but not a single date has been fixed by respondent No.2 who is also discharging the functions of the Deputy Commissioner, Mahendergarh. Since the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous which does not require any notice to the respondents, therefore, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, who is in seisin of the appeal filed by the petitioner, to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
