Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner is working as Lecturer in English and has been transferred from Government Senior Secondary School,Rure Ke Kalan (Barnala) to Government Senior Secondary School,Cheema Jodhpur (Barnala) vide transfer order dated 6/8.8.2016. Her grievance is that inspite of the transfer she is not being permitted to be relieved from her previous place of posting on account of representation by the Panchayat/people at her previous place of posting requesting her non-relieving on account of good work.

After arguing for sometime,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to petitioner to approach the authorities concerned for grant of relief prayed for.
