(ORAL) The petitioner seeks initiation of proceedings against respondent No.4 to 6, on the ground that a false case has been planted upon the petitioner bearing FIR No.74, dated 11.06.2021, registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar.

The innocence of the petitioner depends upon the fate of the criminal case.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
