(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently while filing the present petition, the final seniority list dated 20.09.2011, wherein the petitioner was shown at serial No. 102 instead of being shown senior to respondent No. 3, could not be challenged, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by challenging the seniority list.

Ordered accordingly.
