Petitioner has sought two reliefs in her representation (Annexure P-2; firstly, for registration of FIR against the private respondents and secondly, to protect the life and liberty of petitioner and her family members.

Petitioner is alleging some incident on 22.06.2019. It has been alleged that injuries were caused to the petitioner and his mother by the private respondents, however, there is no medical record/MLR. The petitioner can avail appropriate legal remedy available to her in this regard. It has also been alleged that private respondents are posing threat to the life and liberty of petitioner and her family members. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Faridkot to verify the threat aspect to the life and liberty of petitioner and her family members and take appropriate action in accordance with law on receipt of copy of this order.
