Prayer in this writ petition is for release of the second and third installments of arrears of revised pay-scales due towards the petitioners alongwith enhanced pension as per the revised scale. Short reply dated 28.10.2015 on behalf of respondent No.3 has been filed in Court today with a copy thereof to learned counsel for the petitioners. CWP No.1829 of 2015 [2] In the said reply, it is stated that the entire amount as claimed by petitioners No.1, 3 to 10 has been released and stands deposited in their respective accounts as reflected in communication dated 29.07.2015, Annexure R3/1.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that amount due towards petitioner No.2 - Ramesh Kumar shall be released within two weeks. Present petition is accordingly disposed of in view of the short reply filed on behalf of respondent No.3 as well as undertaking given by learned counsel for respondent No.3. It is directed that the amount due to petitioner No.2 be released positively within two weeks. ( LISA GILL ) October 29 , 2015.
