RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing respondents no.2 and 3 for taking immediate action against respondent No.4, who caused injuries to petitioner No.1 and MLR No.VKS/CHS/04/MLR/23 dated 13.11.2023 was registered, however, same is pending before the authorities due to which injustice has been caused to petitioners and private respondent No.4 alongwith his other accomplices are threatening the petitioners of dire consequences if they pursue the said complaint filed against respondent No.4 and to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondent no.4. It is further prayed to decide the representation dated 10.12.2023, Annexure P/4 submitted by petitioner No.3 in the office of respondent No.2. Notice of motion to respondents no.1 to 3-State only. CRWP-6423-2024 -2and at the outset submits, on instructions from S.I.Puran Singh, that on the complaint filed by the petitioners, FIR No.224, dated 26.11.2023, under Sections 323, 341, 506, 201 and 34 IPC has already been registered at Police Station City Sangrur. He further submits that Section 325 IPC has also been added and challan has been presented and thus no cause of action survives in this petition and the same be disposed of as such. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of as such. However, trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
