(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing of order dated 15.03.2024 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.3 as well as the speaking order dated 30.05.2024 (Annexure P-9), vide which the representation of the petitioner against his re-transfer from the office of respondent No.4, has been declined.

Counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that vide another order dated 30.06.2024, the petitioner has been re-transferred from Gurdaspur to Pathankot, therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.

Disposed of accordingly.
