ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks quashing of impugned transfer order dated 04.07.2019 (Annexure P-1) vide which petitioner has been transferred from Bhiwani to Panchkula which is against the public policy.

It transpires that during the pendency of instant writ proceedings, the petitioner has been superannuated as is borne out from office order dated 01.01.2020, copy whereof has been tendered in the course of hearing and is taken on record and marked as Annexure-A. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
