The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of order dated 11.04.2013 whereby their claim for grant of arrears on revision of pay scale from Rs.1200-2040 to Rs.4000-6000 w.e.f. 01.05.1990 has been rejected. 3.
The petitioners claim that issue involved herein is no more res integra. A Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 25.03.2025 passed in a bunch of petitions including Civil Writ Petition No.11710 of 2014 titled as 'Sarbans Singh and others Vs. The State of Haryana and others' has settled the issue.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Khubbar, Addl. A.G., Haryana expressed his inability to controvert applicability of abovesaid judgment to instant petitions.

In the wake of statement of learned counsel for the parties, the present petitions stand disposed of with a direction to respondent to consider claim of petitioners in the light of afore-cited judgment. 5.
Let the needful be done within a period of three months from today.
