**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have also preferred CRWP No.159 of 2020 titled Rajesh Kumar and Another Vs. State of Haryana and Others, which is fixed for 06.10.2021.

After arguing this case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw this petition with a liberty to pursue the pending petition. Since CRWP No.159 of 2020 is pending in this Court, therefore, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
