After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with direction to respondent No.1 to consider the representation made by the petitioner after filing of this petition and also by treating this writ petition as representation. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
Respondent No.1 will look into the representation, if any, made by the petitioner after filing of this petition. In case, no such representation has been preferred or received, copy of this writ petition along with copy of this order shall be supplied in the office of respondent No.1, which shall be considered within a period of 3 months of receipt, treating the same as representation of petitioner.
