The present intra-court appeal, under Clause X of the Letters Patent, has been filed against the judgment dated 08.05.2023, vide which the civil writ petition preferred by the appellant came to be dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant contended that the learned Single Judge had failed to appreciate the disputed error in the answer key, applied for re-evaluating, on account of which, she could not succeed even though she was a deserving candidate. The decision of the Department taken with regard to the revised answer key was incorrect, thus, the same was sought to be quashed. 3.

As is discernible from the paper book that the Department in order to resolve the controversy had, based on the reports obtained from the subject experts of the Panjab University, Guru Nanak Dev University and Punjabi University, Patiala, revised the answer key, on which basis the result was declared. Learned counsel for the appellant has been unable to point out any flaw in either the opinion of the experts or the decision rendered thereon. 5.

The matter has been considered by the learned Single Judge in the right perspective, requiring no interference. Sequelly, the present appeal being devoid of merit, is hereby dismissed.
