*** Learned counsel for the appellant states that since the appellant has already undergone imprisonment of one year awarded to him by the trial Court vide judgment dated 21.5.2019, he does not want to proceed further with the present appeal and he be permitted to withdraw the same. Permission is granted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The appellant-accused be released from custody, if he is not required in any other criminal case.
