***** KIRTI SINGH, J.(Oral) This petition under article 226 of Constitution of India r/w Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for directing the respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.4 to 8 who are causing life threats to the petitioner and his family members. 2.

Learned State Counsel, referring to the status report dated 29.10.2024, submits that the grievances raised by the petitioner have been addressed. Specifically, a complaint was registered, and MLRs (Medico-Legal Reports) were obtained, culminating in the registration of FIR No. 114 dated 24.10.2024 under Sections 323, 451, 341, 506, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Police Station Shimlapuri, Ludhiana, against respondents No. 4 to 7 and one Vicky.
