(ORAL) The petitioners, by way of present petition, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, thereby directing the respondents to pay solatium @ 100% alongwith interest in terms of Section 30 read with Schedule I of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. [2] Notice of motion [3] Mr. D.K. Singal, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1, whereas Mr. Gunjan Mehta, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 3. [4] At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 06.04.2026 passed by this Court in CWP No. 18620 of 2023 titled as "Rajinder Singh and anr. [6] After going through the judgment passed by this Court referred to above as well as the facts of the present case, this Court agrees with the assertion of the learned counsel for the petitioners. [7] Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of in the same terms as Rajinder Singh's case (supra).

[8] Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
