**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Registrar General of Societies, Haryana be ordered to be impleaded as party respondent No.1-A in the array of parties.

Learned counsel further submits that the statutory appeal is pending before the Registrar General of Societies, Haryana since 18/21.05.2021 and the same has not been decided so far.

Prayer of the petitioner is that a direction be issued to the Registrar General of Societies to take up the pending appeal and decide the same at the earliest.
