PARAMJEET SINGH DHALIWAL, J. (ORAL) Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 and 3 to dispose of the mutation proceedings pending before them since the year 2006.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that mutation No.18917 is pending with the Sub Divisional Officer (Civil)-cumAssistant Collector Ist Grade, Bhiwani since 2006 and no decision has been taken thereon till date. Rights of the parties have already been determined upto the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

-2CWP No.19022 of 2014 Be that as it may, fact remains that no decision has been taken on the mutation in question i.e. 18917 by the Assistant Collector Ist Grade, Bhiwani. Petitioner and respondent No.4 will be at liberty to file other relevant documents, including judgments of various Courts before the authorities concerned. If the documents are not filed, authorities will be otherwise bound to decide the matter in the light of evidence brought on record after giving notice to all concerned parties. Needful shall be done preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
