(Oral) Counsel prays for withdrawal of the writ petition as admittedly, the retiral benefits were given from 01.01.1987 in view of the letter dated 28.05.2014 which is mentioned in Annexure P-2. It is apparent until the said communication is not quashed, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one, as noticed above.
